Medit and cad-ray were great- they sent a new scanner within the week and haven't had any problems since. Customer service has been spot on. Because I did my homework. Because the post purchase training and support offered by Cad-Ray was unmatched by any other dealer I spoke with. Their library of online training videos that came with the purchase is without equal.
