If I have a computer question, they offer to log in and look at the computer with you. Cad Ray has an immense library of straight forward education videos that are updated basically daily. I havent done the 2 day course but that is also included in the purchase. When I get myself in a jam time to time CAD-RAY responds immediately and fixes my problem.
