I really like the online learning modules, they have been awesome getting me up to speed with the scanner quickly. If I have a computer question, they offer to log in and look at the computer with you. When I get myself in a jam time to time CAD-RAY responds immediately and fixes my problem. The possibilities are endless with scanning technology. I also want to mention Nick Statly who has visited my Dallas office and is a wealth of information.
