And thank God, because it was so over priced and came with a $300/month support fee forever! If I have a computer question, they offer to log in and look at the computer with you. Then Jonathon and Armen jumped in at our 2 day live training in Baltimore. I still review my notes to implement all the great ideas. They answer calls and messages promptly, and it never takes me very long to get my questions answered.
